Obituary for Billy Edward Cain

Billy Edward Cain of Cadet, Missouri was born on August 17, 1938, a son to the late James Cain and the late Evelyn (Price) Cain. Bill was united in marriage to Judy Marie Boyer and they celebrated many years together.

Surrounded by his loved ones at home, Bill went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, July 17, 2020 having reached eighty-one years of age.

In addition to his parents, Bill is preceded in death by his son, Billy Joe Cain; three siblings: Anna Mae Curtis, Homer Cain and Betty Williams; and many extended family members.

Bill is survived by his beloved wife, Judy Cain; three children: Pam (Tom) Hoffman, Keith (Theresa) Cain and Scott (Deanna) Cain; three sisters: Mildred "Millie" Campbell, Genny Meador and Ethel DeClue; sisters-in-law: Carol (Burt) Berry and Mary Ann Cain; twelve grandchildren: Samantha Hoffman, Whitley Cain, Zoe Cain, Parker Cain, Trevor (Alicia) Cain, Emily (Michael) Dodd, Kylie Cain, Trenton Cain, Kyle Cain, Landon Cain, Colton Cain, Rebecca Cain and Riley Cain; four great-grandchildren: Roman Cassity, Zoella Dodd, Sophia Dodd and Sadie Cain; and many dear nieces, nephews, friends and family.

Visitation will be held at DeClue Funeral Home on Monday, July 20, 2020 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Visitation will resume at DeClue Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 from 9:00 AM until 10:30 AM.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at St. James Catholic Church, beginning at 11:00 AM with Father Rodger Fleming officiating.

Honoring Bill by serving as his pallbearers will be Trevor Cain, Trenton Cain, Parker Cain, Todd Cain, Snoopy Eckhoff, Jimmy Eckhoff, Donald Kincaid and Tony DeClue; honorary pallbearers: Kenny Eckhoff, Randy Cain and Michael Dodd. Concluding services will be held at Calvary Cemetery.
