Obituary for Carl William Wright
Carl William Wright of Mineral Point, Missouri, was born on December 19, 1949 in St Louis, MO, a son of the late Harry Wright and the late Geneva Mary (Boyer) Wright. Carl passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020 having reached the age of seventy years, eleven months and twenty-three days.
Those who remain to mourn his passing include his loving wife, Janet (Warden) Wright; son, Carl Wright; three grandchildren: Cody Thompson, Cara Issac and husband Rick and Tristin Stewart; siblings: Marvin Wright and wife Judy, Rick Wright and wife Diane, Ron Wright and wife Iris, Billy Wright and wife Ginny, and Rick Utley and wife Wendy; sister-in-law, Cherry Wright. Carl is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In addition to his father and mother, Carl was preceded in death by his grandson, Zachary Wright; brother, Harry Wright; nephew, Jason Wright; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Robert and Sarah Warden.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 16, 2020 from 10 am to 1 pm at DeClue Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 1 pm held at the DeClue Chapel with Pastor Roger Silvey officiating. Interment will follow at Redbed Memorial Gardens. Full military honors will be presented by the United States Navy and VFW Post 6996.
