Obituary for Cecil Leroy Davis
Cecil Leroy Davis of Belgrade, Missouri, was born on January 28, 1964. Cecil departed this life on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Salem Memorial Hospital having reached the age of 57 years, 1 month, and 14 days.
On February 17, 1988, Cecil was united in marriage to Tammy L. Rulo and they shared 33 years of memories together.
Cecil is survived by his beloved wife, Tammy Davis; son, Aaron Davis and Fiancé Emily Wheeler; dear mother, Winnie McMahan; his soon coming grand-baby in October; four siblings: Bobby McMahan (wife, Kathy), Curt Bouse (wife, Barb), Barb Welker, Donna Adams (husband, Gene); best friend, James Hinkle; In-Laws: Danny Rulo, Brenda Horton, Lisa Mitchell, and Nancy Bouse. Cecil is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Cecil was preceded in death by his mother, Georgia (Sanders) Davis; father, Robert McMahan; four siblings: Betty Davis, James Davis, Robert Welker, and Donnie Courtway; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Edward and Kathleen Rulo; and brothers-in-law: Brian Rulo and Gary Mitchell.
Cecil was a man who lived his life for the Lord. He lived his life with an open heart and a will to help all in need to his fullest ability. Cecil spent his free time with his loved ones and always lending a hand at his childhood church. He had great passion for sharing the Lord's word. In addition to his faith, Cecil also loved hunting and cooking food for all those who asked. Cecil was a loving husband and a caring father. He was loved by many people and will be missed just as much.
Visitation will be Monday, March 15, 2021 from 4:30 to 8 pm at DeClue Funeral Home. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, March 16th from 9 to 11 am.
A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, march 16, 2021 at 11 am held in the DeClue Chapel. Interment will follow in New Diggins Cemetery.
