Dorothy Mae Shepard of Cadet, Missouri was born on May 12, 1938, a daughter to the late Lafe Maloney and the late Elizabeth (Huffman) Maloney. Dorothy entered eternal rest on February 20, 2020 having reached eighty-one years of age.

In addition to her parents, Dorothy is preceded in death by her two late husbands, Paul Barr and Cleo Shepard; father of her children, Charles Coonfield; two daughters-in-law, Linda Coonfield and Darlene Coonfield; and seven siblings: William Maloney, John Maloney, Floyd Maloney, Franklin "Pat" Maloney, Lawrence Maloney, JL Maloney and Mike Maloney.

Survivors include four children: Charles (Sandy) Coonfield, Steve Coonfield, Vickie Coonfield and Gary Coonfield; brother, Cisco (Roberta) Maloney; two sisters: Mildred Hicks and Mary Jane (Mitchell) Adkins; and three grandchildren: Ashley Coonfield, Stephanie Coonfield and April Coonfield.

Visitation for Dorothy will be held on Friday, February 28, 2020 at DeClue Funeral Home, beginning at 11:30 AM. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM, held in the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jim Ainley officiating.

Interment and final prayers will be held at Czar Cemetery in Viburnum, Missouri following the service.
