Jerry A. "Hank" Russell of Potosi, Missouri, was born on July 22, 1941 in Potosi, a son of the late Joel E. Russell and the late Dollie I. (Wade) Russell. Hank went to his Heavenly Home on Friday, April 23, 2021 having reached the age of 79 years, 9 months and 1 day. On December 22, 1979 Hank was united in marriage to Katricia Sugg at Poplar Bluff Church of God and they shared 41 years together.

Those who remain to cherish his memory include his wife, Katricia Russell; three sons: Jeff Russell (wife, Karrie), Brian Russell, Travis Russell (wife, Billie Jo); step daughter, Sharman Chabot (husband, Sean); eight grandchildren: Valerie Russell, Greg Russell, Zach Russell, Kaiden Gibson, Lillian Skaggs, Axton Russell, McCoy Chabot, and Tristyn Chabot; brother, James Russell (wife, JoAnn); In-Laws: Loretta Russell, Evelyn Russell, Terry and Janice Sugg, Suzann and David Marmillion, and Sherri Hancock. Hank is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.

In addition to his parents, Hank is preceded in death by his six siblings: Joel "Dude" Russell, Lester "Leck" Russell, George "Doc" Russell, Billy Russell, Carl Russell and Wilma Horton; In-Laws: Ruth Russell, Marie Russell, Wanda Russell, Marvin Horton and John Sugg.

Visitation will be Monday, April 26th, 2021 from 5 to 8 pm and Tuesday, April 27th, from 10 am to 1 pm at DeClue Funeral Home.

A Funeral Service will be held on April 27th, 2021 at 1 pm held at the DeClue Memorial Chapel. Pastor Matt Woods will officiate Hank's service. Interment will follow at Sunset Hill Cemetery.
