Obituary for Juanita Laramore (Moses)

Juanita Laramore was born on February 23, 1934 in Palmer, Missouri, a daughter of the late Adolph Moses and the late Irene (Midgett) Moses. Juanita went to her Heavenly Home on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 having reached the age of 88.

On March 19, 1955, Juanita was united in marriage to James Franklin Laramore Sr. and three sons were born to this union. Juanita attended First Baptist Church of Potosi. She Loved the Lord with all of her heart. Some of her favorite things to do included: reading, sewing, watching Andy Griffith, feeding and watching the birds, cooking and family gatherings. Above all, Juanita's proudest accomplishments was being a mother and grandmother. She lover her family. Juanita was described as classy, kind hearted, and selfless. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Those who remain to treasure her memory include her two sons: James Frank Laramore Jr. (wife, Sandy), Andy Laramore (wife, Donna); seven grandchildren: Melissa "Missy" Henry (husband, Chris), Brian Laramore (wife, Christine), Katie Blount (husband, Joey), Adam Huskey (wife, Anne), Andrea Crane (husband, Jared), Casey Reed (husband, Tommy), Kayla Shepard (husband, Tyler); great grandchildren: Claire and Ava Henry, Aubri, Brenna, Graham and Baron Laramore, Zane, Colton Adalyn, and Bennett Blount, Asia Gilbert, Alex and Abby Huskey, Jack and Ellie Crane, Cruz, Ryder, Palmer, Harlowe Reed and Hallie Aubuchon; five siblings: Rose Laird (husband, John), Bruce Moses (wife, Betty), Judy Barnett, Linnie Moses, and Randy Moses (wife, Assilla). Juanita also leaves behind nieces, nephews, and special brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

In addition to her father and mother, Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, James "Jim" Laramore; son, David Laramore; Eugene Moses, Gilbert Moses, Dale Moses and Evelyn Mize, and Bernadine Sutton; as well as many special brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Visitation will be Sunday, October 23rd, 2022 from 5 to 8 PM at DeClue Funeral Home. Visitation will resume on Monday, October 24th, from 9 to 11 AM.

A Funeral Service will be held Monday, October 24, 2022 at 11 AM at DeClue Memorial Chapel. Interment will be held at Redbud Memorial Gardens. DeClue Funeral Home was honored to have served and ministered to the family and friends of Ms. Juanita.
