Obituary for Loretta Marie Ratliff (Potter)
Loretta Marie Ratliff of Cadet, Missouri, was born on October 7, 1942 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, a daughter of the late Taft Potter and the late Minnie (Couch) Potter. Loretta passed away on December 27, 2022, having reached the age of 80.
Those who remain to cherish her memory include her children: Joe Tate (wife, Tina), Pam Boyer (husband, Tom), Carter Ratliff Jr. (wife, Gidget), Paul Ratliff, Angie Ratliff; many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Loretta was preceded in death by her husband, Carter Ratliff; and siblings: Norman Potter, and Charlie Potter.
The family will hold a memorial gathering at a later date.
