Phillip Mitchell Emily of Farmington, Missouri, was born on March 7, 1963, in Bonne Terre, Missouri, a son of the late Albert and Ruth (Wilcox) Emily. Phillip passed away on September 15, 2022, having reached the age of fifty-nine years, six months, and eight days.

Those who remain to cherish his memory include his children: Matthew Emily, Daniel Emily (wife, Kaiteland); nine grandchildren: Daniel Jr, Jakoby, Destonee, Darean, Kayden, Riot, Chaos, Colton and Madilyn; siblings: Pat Jarvis-Medley (husband, Dennis), Tom Emily (wife, Mary), Joan Cresswell, Beverly Pinckard (husband, Donald), Kathy Conway (husband, Pete), and Mandy Jo Emily.

In addition to his parents, Phillip was preceded in death by his wife and mother of his sons, Jackie Emily; siblings: Mike Emily, infant brother James Emily; sister-in-law, Shirley Emily; brothers-in-law: Tom Jarvis and Russell Creswell.

Phillip proudly served in the United States Navy. Phillip loved reading comic books and watching wrestling.
