Rickey Gene Rulo of Cadet, Missouri, was born on March 20, 1985 in Mineral Point, Missouri, a son of Rickey and Wanda (Politte) Rulo. Rickey passed away on Monday, May 30, 2022, having reached the age of thirty-seven years, two months, and ten days.
