Sandra “Sandy” Ann Bourbon of Mineral Point, Missouri, was born on May 20, 1963 in Washington County, MO, a daughter to the late Percy Bourbon and the late Virginia Mae Courtway. Sandy passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2021 having reached the age of fifty-eight years and two days.
Those who remain to cherish her memory include three children: Nicole Skaggs, Virginia (Travis) Courtway, and Donald W. (Nicole Gray) Skaggs Jr.; eleven grandchildren; one great grandchild; siblings: Esther “Peaches” Bourbon, Tammy Dobbs, Rocky Dobbs, Bobby Dobbs, Janet Wren, James Bourbon, Darlene Richards, and Linda Dobbs; father of her children, Donald Wayne Skaggs, Sr.; Sister-in-law, Iva Kemper.
Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, Percy and Virginia Bourbon; infant brother, Pete Bourbon; and sister, Violet Bourbon.
No services will be held.
Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of DeClue Funeral Home.
