Obituary for Susan McMahan (Day)
Susan Carol (Day) McMahan of Old Mines, Missouri was born on December 29, 1948 in St Louis, Missouri, a daughter of the late Elmer Day and the late Mary (Courtois) Day. Susan departed this life on Tuesday, November 25, 2020 having reached the age of seventy-one years, ten months and twenty-seven days.
Those who remain to mourn her passing include her loving husband, Bobby McMahan Sr; son, Bobby McMahan Jr; sister, Mary Price; three grandchildren: Daelyn Wickerham, Ava McMahan and Harlee McMahan; two great grandchildren: Shannondoa and Savannah; sister-in-law, Virginia Skaggs; brother-in-law, Lynn Stroup and wife Lora. Susan is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In addition to her father and mother, Susan was preceded in death by her infant son, Timothy Scott McMahan; siblings: Judy Law, Elmer Day Jr., Cathy Hartman and Rose Day; niece, Cindy Ruth Wetherford.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 29, 2020 from 5 to 8 pm at DeClue Funeral Home, 301 East High Street, Potosi, Missouri 63664.
A Funeral Service will held on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 11 am at the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Pastor Rick Posey officiating.
