Victor Earl Franklin of Potosi, Missouri, was born on March 24, 1983 in Carbondale, Illinois, a son of Victor R. Franklin, and Cheryl (Mitchell) Litton. Vic passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, having reached the age of thirty-nine years, four months, and thirty days.
Those who remain to cherish his memory include his father, Victor R. Franklin (wife, Crystal); mother, Cheryl Litton; children: Eliana, Ezekiel, Amelia, and Harley; girlfriend, Paula Plaris; and brother, Michael Franklin. Vic is also survived by many other dear family members.
In addition to his grandparents, Vic is preceded in death by his brother, Rickey Franklin.
